Three Different Payment Options

First: A straightforward percentage of the salary* paid 30 days after the candidates commences employment with you. This is on a sliding scale dependant on salary level. Whilst this role ensures that you do not part with any monies until such time as a candidate has been with you for 30 days, these rates are negotiable depending on the level of salary and numbers of vacancies to be filled.

Second: Interest free over 3 months. This is based on the salary* as above but payments are spread over three months with the first being due 30 days after the candidate commences employment and the last being due 90 days after the candidate commences employment. This allows you to manage your cash-flow and should the candidate leave within this period, any full month payments still outstanding are negated, we will source a replacement candidate of similar calibre and the 3 months cycle starts again, with the first payment being due 30 days after employment commences. Only available to clients with whom we agree a sole supplier basis.

Third: Retained Recruiter whereby you pay us a percentage up front (ie: We receive your instruction along with a signed copy of our T's & C's and payment then immediately we start our search and selection process) and the balance 3 months after the candidate commences work. You don't pay any more to use us as a retained recruiter, in fact it actually spreads the cost for you and improves the cash-flow. Retained recruitment isn't just for highly paid, executive positions. It can work for any role. Rates are negotiable depending on level of salary and numbers of vacancies to be filled.



*Salary is deemed to include any annual basic salary, guaranteed bonus plus car allowance. Where a car is included in the package, a value of £5000 is added to the basic salary/OTE.
